– The Black Book – which is now a Grey Binder-is maintained by the Nevada Gaming Commission for those individuals with a “notorious or unsavory reputation”.  If you make it in and even step foot in a casino it results in 1 year in jail and the loss of the casinos license for allowing it.  It is virtually impossible to get your name removed.  Even Frank Sinatra had to forfeit his gaming license for his northern Nevada casino when he allowed mob boss Sam Giancana in the hotel.  The book now holds approximately 66 names…mostly card and slot cheats.
